Server Viewer (Gamespy master server down)

Hey i would like to ask you how you managed to make your server show on the server list.
Since Gamespy master server is down atm and with no real information about whats going on,
it would be nice to share this with us.

For the last few days, only a few gWhore servers are showing up, I'm assuming the IP Master server is down.
