Clan TMF

Well I think it's time we start talking about a war gentlemen. I played you guys a few times when I was L33t and I'm hoping to continue the good games with TMF. We have enough members now so let me know days and times that best work for you all and I'll talk to my clan as well. I'm thinking Sunday's would be good so I don't have to hear all the bitching about peeps getting their Fridays and Saturdays taken from them. lol. See ya in the pits....

Ok Cho, how about March 28th? if not then we will have to shoot for April. We like to stick to Sundays. Also the same rules apply that you fight s7 and others with.

1 sniper, 1 heavy etc...

I don't know if we should use 2 servers unless you really want to. I guess we could since we both have one.

Yeah same rules apply as usual. We wont switch servers its useless we're all US. We can play on ours or on yours, either way. Server has to be put back stock though.


If you guys cant on 21st March then we'll have to play on 4th April.

That's just for european vs american clans ... because of the ping difference.
Against clans of the same continent I suggest either: Each clan picks 1 map and then agree on 1 neutral.
Or (because finding a neutral map can be a bitch) each clan picks 2 maps

Yup, that's how we'll do.

Maybe 1 Map each clan would be good and we agree on a 3rd map, thats 3 maps total 2x play each side thats 6 maps total, in case of a tie maybe we should agree on a 4th map so we can play in overtime

We'll say Shafted, Cube, Coalmine, for starters. Just go in order if wanna know which we value more....

4 Maps 5 rounds each, .SS. starts as MOB for 4 maps then we take a 5 min break and then we switch to UMC for those same maps.


Rules
Restrictions: no Chik, 1 Heavy, 1 Sniper
- In case of a TIE, overall rounds won are counted to determine the winner
- Both servers run 1.60.17 stock
- Everyone speak with Team-Message "T" (binded by default), Only Cho and Flash speak with Public-Message "M" (binded by default) (This will reduce distractions while playing ...)
- While observing you can talk whatever you want, as long as it's no bs ...
- We wait in case someone hasn't picked a player at the beginning of the round (use "endround")
- If someone gets (999 ping / gore.exe error), just boot him and finish that round and wait until he's back to play another round THATS ONLY IF HE'S 999 on the screen. (basically we gotta wait for him to come back to play a new round)
- ONLY players that are in the clan's roster can play, NO subs allowed.
- If we decide to play 7vs7, no observers will be allowed and server should be set to MAX 14.

So what we need to know:

What server are we playing on?

Either way on what server we are playing there must be 2 admins, that means me and you, in case something happens either one of us go 999 or something ....

I think best would be to play 4 maps on each side. We should agree both on 2 other maps. I see you like Cube, maybe that can be one choice? And as last map, any suggestions? I have a thought, Cygnus?

I'm fine with playing on TMF server. Also Cube is good with us also. It doesn't get anymore even than INDUSTRIAL but we can settle for cygnus is that's what you want.

OK, So we settled for the maps earlier on the server, you told me we'd play on our server an hour ago when we were playing and now ur saying on yours? Which one do you want?

Also do you guys want a stock server or I can leave it the way it is right now? Biggest changes are pretty much that both umc and mob snipers have umc rifle

Ya we will work with those maps. Had a bit of indecision in mai forums about them, fuck it, those are the maps we will have and my guys will have to deal. lol.

Sounds good about SS starting as mob. Also I got the server pw thank you. We would really like to have the war be stock so nobody complains later but if it's too much trouble we can use TMF server. I'll ask my guys about it but I'm pretty sure they are gonna want it stock as well.

6vs.6 is fine I guess, why so few? We will probably have more than 8 show up lol. Do you want me to ask my clan if they will allow you guys to have subs? I understand if you don't want to do that. 6vs.6 will still be good games so I guess we'll be alright.

As for the Boom war. It never happened. Boom had trouble getting enough people, took an extra hour to get them all there. Once they showed up 3 of our guys got into it with a couple Boomers and the war went to shit. We only had 1 server problem and that was the rounds were at 2 for some reason. Easy fix but we couldn't get the shit-talking to stop.

Sam and I explained the ETHICS of gore wars to our guys so I promise you we will behave during TMF vs. SS. The shit just got outta hand and a couple Boomers left crying so no war. Fuckin sucked, a lot of us gave up shit for our afternoons to be there too. We actually almost lost 1 member permanently over this bs.

There is a little bad blood between some of my guys and yours I've noticed too. It's all petty I'm sure but I still want to have it organized. If me or you, cho, see any bullshit beginning to unfold we should handle it between the 2 of us. If we have to boot 2 guys out and have 5vs.5 let's do that. I really don't think it will come to that but we should be firm so we can have a good war. Let me know during battle if there is something brewing ok? Only me and u should use "M" messaging like agreed upon.

Having said my worries, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WAR!!!! Been waiting for this one for a while. Good luck to all SS and see ya in the pitz.....

If maps are a problem then what map you guys want to play ?

I would have a 18vs18 if we had enough active players, but we dont. You guys are probably 25 in TMF by now and you're all active, we are 11 and 5 of us are not very active or not active at all, so ...

No we do not allow subs and we do not take subs either...

Either way I personally think that best for a clanwar is pretty much 7vs7 or 6vs6 ... in my personal opinion 8vs8 is too much ppl are everywhere and everyone is spamming the shit out of everything and mostly you get hit by a random nade/grenade that came out of nowhere because some guy threw it there cuz he scratched his nose and it accidentally went there, thats just my opinion though....


Ok I see what happened on boom war... I can guarantee you no shit will come from our side, as long as you guys are okay on our war we'll be okay too thats for sure, you already played in ss vs leet wars and you know that it always went great because no body started shit first. And yes we are the only ones talking on public.

We're all set then I think .... if ever something happens I go 999 or something (happens often) and there's a problem, need to restart round or something, just ask anyone else from SS while I come back.. just be sure to re-read the rules before the war as we agreed on so you can remember exactly what we said...

Flash, we cannot play Shafted on STOCK server, I dont know why but the map just wont load, like the map was non existant ... I asked Acro why the heck it does that he didnt answer yet, maybe he knows the answer?

I set the server up, thats the only thing we need to figure out, if Acro doesnt know the answer and we need to change the map, what other map you guys pick?
